About Me

Kennedy Amundson is the owner and operator of Propagate Property Management. She is an Oregon Licensed Property Manager, and has a Business Management Degree, with a minor in Family Business from Oregon State University. 

Growing up in a family that owned their own rentals, Kennedy knows exactly what it is like to face the struggles and hurdles of being a landlord. That is why she decided that someone needed to provide property management services that solved the common complaints and issues with typical management companies.
